Shipping Policy

Welcome to Lean Joe Bean! We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as fast as possible.

Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.95 will be applied. Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Need your order quickly? We offer expedited shipping for a flat rate of $19.95. Orders placed with expedited shipping will arrive within 1-2 business days.

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping: We ship internationally for a flat rate of $15.95. International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS and typically arrive within 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Duties and Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or college dorms. Shipments to remote areas may also require additional time.

Changes to Orders

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order details or shipping address. Please ensure that all information is correct before finalizing your purchase.

Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, at least half of the packets of Lean Joe Bean must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@leanjoebean.com and send your item to: 26500 Agoura Road Suite 102-467 Calabasas, CA 91302.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
