How does Lean Joe Bean Weight Loss Coffee taste? Will I need to add cream and sugar to it?
Our Lean Joe Bean Coffee taste like what it is - coffee. Dark roasted coffee is the primary ingredient and it is prepared just like any other instant coffee. Feel free to add whatever you normally take in your coffee!

What kind of coffee maker do I need to prepare Lean Joe Bean Coffee?
Lean Joe Bean Coffee is an instant coffee mix that is prepared by adding the mix to hot or cold water, as you prefer. It is not made using a coffee maker or machine, which makes it even more convenient for you. No special equipment is required to make our coffee.

Does your Lean Joe Bean Coffee come ground in a bag or in single cup options, like K-cups or pods?
Our coffee is sold in boxes containing 24 single serving packets of our coffee mix. They can be purchased on our products page in single box or in a 3 pack. We will also soon offer 10 packs.

How many cups of Lean Joe Bean Coffee should I drink a day for weight loss benefits?
The suggested daily amount is one single serving packet of our coffee mix. It is strongly recommended that you use Lean Joe Bean as a supplement to a healthy diet and regular exercise to achieve the best results.

Will drinking Lean Joe Bean Coffee cause me to feel a “caffeine crash” later in the day?
Because the daily recommended amount of Lean Joe Bean Coffee is one serving, you will not be consuming enough to experience the “caffeine crash” that drinking too much caffeine in the morning can cause later in the day. On the contrary, most people who drink one cup of Lean Joe Bean Coffee a day report feeling more energized all day long!

Do I need to exercise on Lean Joe Bean?
Any effective weight loss plan should include a sensible diet and exercise.

Can I take both hot and cold?
Of course. LJB can be mixed in hot or cold water, milk or your non-dairy beverage of choice.

What are the weight loss ingredients?
LJB is comprised of a blend of several effective weight loss ingredients, including the clinically studied active ingredients Super CitriMax and Chromemate.

Do you ship internationally?
There is an additional cost but we do ship internationally

Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, at least half of the packets of Lean Joe Bean must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@leanjoebean.com and send your item to: 26500 Agoura Road Suite 102-467 Calabasas, CA 91302.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
